Joined: 09/24/2013. Posted September 28, 2013. Street races in GTA 5 are only available to Franklin and only show up on your map between 20:00 and 5:00. In order for the 3rd race to show up on the map you need to win the first and second race, sleep a few days and drive around until you get a text from Hao. Same with the fourth and fifth races.
